A brand new option to EVM Live is our SMS Messaging system... directly from within an event.

If you have a group of personnel out on the road and something critical changes that needs to be disseminated to everyone (or even a select few) within that group, you can simply tap the SMS button within that event and create a message. You can select the recipients who should receive that message and once it’s been sent you can even track who has read the message and who hasn’t... thus making sure that your entire crew gets the critical information. It’s a simple but powerful tool to let your personnel know about any changes to an event on the fly.
